HUMAN FACTOR: HR Innovation Newsletter | Inaugural Issue

We at HONO began with a dream.

And the dream was clearly based on the premise that the use of future-ready technology can, in fact, not just change the fortunes of businesses but transform the HR space itself – into one that is more humane and less transactional, more workforce-friendly and less lop-sided, more amenable to productivity, and one that delivers on business objectives without side-stepping the ‘human’ objectives.

And while we have been making rapid strides on that front through our mainline HR-tech suite and solutions, we felt the need – not just ours, but that of all stakeholders of that sweet spot where HR, Business and Technology meet, for a credible and future-aligned vehicle for creating new HR & HR-tech narratives and discover trends and movements around the world, which could have a lasting impact on our workspaces.

And so, we conceived of an HR innovation newsletter, which I am pleased to present to you, called - HUMAN FACTOR.

Our objective here is to go beyond HONO’s business and to keep it close to HONO’s vision and HR’s larger objectives.

To curate, aggregate and publish articles, conversations, interviews and case studies, which deal with the workspace and the one key factor – the working personnel or the human factor – that is responsible for it being reimagined and reshaped after the second biggest impact event in the history of the modern business world (the first being the engendering phenomenon of the Industrial revolution).

As I said earlier, we wish to create a space for exploring and chronicling the transitions that ‘workspaces’ and ‘workforce’ are in the middle of, the impact it has on the very notions of workspace and workforce, the coping mechanisms that businesses are responding with and should respond with, the impact of both change and change-responses on productivity.

We hope that HUMAN FACTOR will be a non-obtrusive vehicle for such an objective engagement and will bring about a convergence of Business, Thought Leaders, Senior HR professionals, Decision makers, Brand custodians, Subject-matter Experts and the HR & HR-tech fraternity.
