This is no secret: one of the most difficult and ‘un-budgeable’ of problems faced by HR and leaders across companies is that of employees, and sometimes even HR, not using or accessing the facilities created for them and for efficient working of the HR administrative framework. To put it simply, you’ve got the water, but you can’t take the horse to it, and even if you do, it won’t drink.
