Haryana notified fresh minimum wages on 9 April 2026 under Section 8(3) of the Code on Wages, 2019, the first revision since October 2015. The rates apply from 1 April 2026 to every employment in the state, so there is no schedule to check your industry against. What the notification publishes is a single basic rate per skill category, with no separate dearness allowance line.
Two things to check first
Brick kilns are excluded from these rates and will be notified separately. Apprentices engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961 remain governed by that Act rather than by the figures below.
All Employments: Basic Minimum Wage Rates by Category
Both figures come from the gazette. The daily rate is the monthly wage divided by 26, which is the divisor the notification prescribes for calculating a day's pay.
